MAKING THE REBBE’S WELLSPRINGS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO SEEK TO QUENCH THEIR SOULFUL THIRST

For over 40 years, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi M. M. Schneerson held regular public gatherings known in Yiddish as Farbrengens.

He spoke on a myriad of Talmudic, Kabbalistic and Topical subject, expounding on the deepest Torah concepts with practical lessons and relevant messages for our daily lives.

The central feature of these Farbrengens was the Maamar, a Chassidic discourse on the deepest concepts of Jewish mysticism and Chassidic philosophy.

During this period, the Rebbe delivered over 1,540 Maamarim (the plural of Maamar). These are published by Vaad Hanochos B’Lahak in Hebrew in the Toras Menachem series of books.
